FAQ - Return Policy

Returns Policy (No Returns After 30 Days)
It's your responsibility to inspect your package and parts immediately upon receipt.  It's also your responsibility to determine if you have received the correct parts and that they are undamaged from transportation. Product damaged in transportation must be reported immediately and the original packaging must be kept for inspection.  Report all shortages or damage to customer service immediately upon receiving your order.  We only accept returns on new product. Special orders or custom orders cannot be returned.  Parts that are in used condition such as; scratched, bruised, marred, bolt scarred, painted, rusty, or any type of wear cannot be returned. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and an RGA#. Call customer service to obtain an RGA#.  Restocking fees may apply.  Refunds are issued within 1-2 days of the product being received.
